Part-time long term Nanny for toddler boy in Basking Ridge

Our childcare needs are changing starting Sept., and we are looking for a part-time nanny to care for our toddler boy. We are looking for someone who is available to commit long-term.

Location: Basking Ridge

Pay: Commensurate with experience ($28-30)

Industry standard benefits: 2 weeks paid time off, 5 paid personal/sick days and federal holidays

Hours: M-Th: 11am-4:30pm; F: 11am- 3pm (26h guaranteed per week, potential to go up a few hours during summer and school holidays in nanny wants)

Start date: mid-August

Responsibilities: all daily care tasks related to toddler, creating a loving and safe environment, keeping him engaged in outdoor activities, meal prep, laundry, setting up play dates and driving to and from school and activities (family car will be provided).

Our family incorporates gentle parenting and Montessori based education. Looking for a nanny who is adaptable to our style of parenting. We also follow a very healthy diet for our son and will need the nanny to incorporate that (healthy meal preps for toddler). We do not allow screen time for our son and will need the nanny to adhere to that.

Ideal candidate is affectionate, responsible and mature, with 10+ years of experience. Toddler experience would be a plus. Must have a clean driving record, US citizen, vaccinated (and willing to stay up to date). Willing to undergo a background check and provide long-term references.
