Flower Shop Clerk

Looking for part-time help in a local flower shop. Duties and responsibilities include:

*Answering phones and working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and make recommendations.  
*Processing POS (point of sale) purchases.
*Welcoming customers into the store and providing them with prompt, courteous service and assistance;, including filling balloons, preparing, wrapping and pricing merchandise.
*Light housekeeping and cleaning of products.


Minimum Required Qualifications for the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
*Ability to proficiently read, write, speak and interpret the English language.
*Ability to perform basic math.
*Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
*Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift 25lbs.
*Ability to work with fresh and dried products.
*Ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents.

MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS!
