Heat Advisory
The NWS has issued a Heat Advisory for today and tomorrow with continued heat indexes in the mid to high 90⁰s. A dry westerly breeze will bring a cloud or two this afternoon but rain is unlikely. Friday hot and more humid as a sea breeze takes over. Chance of showers and a thunderstorm. Saturday much the same. We may see a bit of relief Sunday as a weak cold front moves into the area.
Air quality today is likely to be Unhealthy for Sensitive People, and we may see an Air Quality Alert for ozone this afternoon

Heat Advisory continues into the weekend
Today, hot. Highs in the low 90⁰s with heat index around 100⁰. Showers and thunderstorms in the area this afternoon and tonight. The Air Quality Index is currently Moderate for particulates and ozone.

Monday might be a little less humid but still hot, likely the final day of the heat wave.
This morning was so humid, but the cloud cover was nice. Crazy bit of thunderstorms we've been having. My hubby's flight home today was canceled, possibly due to the thunderstorms.
