Thank you! Yes, they are David Austin roses, A Shropshire Lad. The weather must be agreeable to them this year. No deer problems in Hilton area, yet.

I believe the blue flower is an Allium. There is a small one that is very blue. Most familiar to us are the purple ones. Thanks for the great photos!

Harrison Park Gardens in East Orange. It is a courtyard in an apartment building. I've been there and it is lovely. There is a FB page as well. Oops didn't realize you were answered.
