Civic Engagement Institute

Sharpen your skills and boost your confidence for volunteering by participating in the Civic Engagement Institute. The four workshops are free, but participants are required to commit to volunteer locally after the sessions are completed. Trained professionals will share valuable information, including a free personality profile and analysis, time management and productivity tips, group dynamics exercises, and presentations on local volunteer opportunities. Sessions are held on Saturday mornings from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.at South Orange Public Library in the Community Room on Oct. 25, Nov.1, Nov. 8 and Nov. 15.
