Caregiver Overload Caregiver overload occurs when the tasks that are required to care for a loved one build up to the point of being too stressful. The danger of taking on too much as a care partner or family caregiver is that in most instances the caregivers’ health and well-being is at risk. Many caregivers neglect their own health and begin to feel overwhelmed, depressed, exhausted, and isolated. It can lead to problems eating and sleeping. Members of the Saint Barnabas Medical Center Transitions of Care team will discuss the common stressors associated with caregiving and what you can do to help alleviate it. To register please call the Barnabas Health Link: 1 (888) 724-7123 Or visit: barnabashealth.org/sbmcevents Monday, April 18th 7pm at Main Library
